Here we have 'Clockwork', which is the second single and first video off YONAS' upcoming EP The Black Canvas. I've personally followed YONAS for a couple years now and I am pumped to see this NYC artist get the recognition he deserves. There is a connection between YONAS and his fans that is unlike any other.

A few years back I went to a YONAS, Chiddy Bang, & The Deans List concert. Once the show ended, YONAS was the only musician who came out to spend time with his fans. He made it a point to converse with anyone and everyone. What surprised me the most talking with him was how humble and down to earth he was. So with that short story (and I promise that my side stories will not become a reoccurring event) you should go out and support YONAS when his EP 'The Black Canvas' is released this Monday. Enjoy!

Tex Ft. Dubby - City Lights [Official Music Video]

How did I let this one slip by? 2 weeks ago Tex hit us up with the release for his new music video City Lights featuring Dubby. Based out of DC, Tex brings an old school flow with a new school vibe. He demonstrates the versatility of Drake, with the intellectual style of Lupe Fiasco, both of whom he greatly idolizes. Tex is currently working on his forthcoming mixtape titled Paper Dreams, set to release early this year, and you can find it here when it is released. We also saw Dubby earlier this year with his track Drowning that is definitely worth a listen. Check these guys out, as you will continue to see more music from Tex and Dubby. Enjoy!
