How did I let this one slip by? 2 weeks ago Tex hit us up with the release for his new music video City Lights featuring Dubby. Based out of DC, Tex brings an old school flow with a new school vibe. He demonstrates the versatility of Drake, with the intellectual style of Lupe Fiasco, both of whom he greatly idolizes. Tex is currently working on his forthcoming mixtape titled Paper Dreams, set to release early this year, and you can find it here when it is released.
