Last month we introduced to you Case Arnold, the 21 year old emcee from Tennessee. We first heard of Arnold when he released the music video to The Moment where his dope and unique flow caught our attention. The old school sound and jazzy beat was refreshing in a genre that seems to be moving toward the EDM sound. Coldplay - Paradise (Modestep Cover)

Known for their unique take on dubstep and electronic music, the London-based group Modestep has reached the #1 spot on Hype Machine with their cover of Paradise by Coldplay. The cover was originally released to fans that pre-ordered their single Show Me A Sign but was just recently made available as a free download for the rest of us. The first time I listened to these guys was with their track Sunlight,which has a hilarious music video, and from then on I was hooked. Check these guys out, and be on the lookout for their debut album Evolution Theory on January 14th. Enjoy!

There are plenty of haters when it comes to DJs preforming "Live Shows", and I use the phrase live shows loosely. Last June, Deadmau5 spoke openly in his article We All Hit Play where he describes that anyone who can count to 4 can preform in a live EDM show. But looks like times are changing with the popularity of the Launchpad, which is bringing back the essence of a live performance. We have seen Madeon's impressive display with Pop Culture on the Launchpad, but today M4SONIC has raised the bar by using two Launchpads to preform an original track titled Virus. The amount of focus M4SONIC is incredible and definitely exempts himself from Deadmau5's statements.

Hardstyle Remixes by Headhunters & DJ Issac

Today I bring you two songs from the Hardstyle genre. The first is a remix of Zedd's "Spectrum" by the Headhunters. They are known for their quality productions in the hardstyle genre. The second is by DJ Isaac called "DJ, Ease My Mind". The song blends together a mesmerizing piano melody with a fast-paced bass line. 50 Cent just released his third single off his fifth studio album, "Street King Immortal". The song was first debuted Monday night on The Voice with Adam Levine. The song features Eminem who's rap is reminiscent of his verse in Drake's "Forever". He goes in hard and further exemplifies why he's a lyrical genius. Adam Levine is also featured on the track adding his smooth vocals for the hook.

Welcome to my first post. I'm the OL (Orientation Leader). I have a passion for all genres of music, but I especially love EDM. I love discovering new music and I can't wait to share it with you!
